Online booking for service businesses

Terminko gives each active business a hosted public booking page. A customer can choose a service chain or up to three services, a team member, a date and available time, verify their phone, and later look up, reschedule, or cancel within the business rules.

How does public booking work?

The business publishes services, staff, locations, and availability. Terminko checks availability and conflicts again when the booking is confirmed.

Where is the booking page published?

Each active business gets a recognizable Terminko address at terminko.ba/{slug}, ready to share through its website, social profiles, and direct messages.

Can a guest manage a booking?

Yes. A guest can use their booking code and phone to find, reschedule, or cancel when the business policy and cutoff allow it.
